Sci, the child of a scientist working at a clandestine research facility, lives a secluded life. He devotes his time, pushed by his father, to master games of strategy and learn and comprehend game theory, mathematics. A proficient learner, Sci eventually excels in all manner of logic and analysis, beyond his father's wildest dreams.

Soon, his father reveals to him that he had been grooming him for a research position at the facility. After Sci accepts the position, his father reveals a silent, looming war that goes unnoticed by the greater population.

Non-Governmental Organizations, sovereign nations and the Central Government of America, are all players in competition to control the future of Earth. To do this, they must first develop and then bind one another to an ultimate digital contract, in order to establish a global government.

Sci and his father, along with elite scientists all around the world, race against time to build an interface for the first phase of contracting, the construction of a globally accessible, advanced communication satellite system.

After long hours, and increasingly strange dreams for Sci, he and his fellow scientists, successfully interface with the satellite. Sci goes to sleep that night and enters a surreal dreamscape illuminated by personal, global and universal desires for sentient consciousness...▓
